We lost our baby, Dominic Paul, at 20 weeks, two days before Thanksgiving. The days and weeks since then have been difficult, learning how to deal with such a loss. Dealing with grief is sad work, and often it is awkward and uncomfortable too. Frankly, I rarely know what to do or say myself. It both hurts to talk about him, and it hurts not to talk about him.
